FDI Center’s Paola Suarez Buhrmann participated in a podcast with Maria Camila Moreno from AZFA (The Free Trade Zones Association of the Americas) on the role of talent in investment attraction. The conversation focused on two aspects: talent availability in a location as a decisive factor in attracting investment and the importance for special economic zones and investment promotion agencies to attract and retain qualified talent with investment promotion skills for their own organizations.
