FDI Center to hold FDI strategy workshop at IEDC Leadership Summit in Washington D.C.

FDI Center will deliver a workshop at the International Economic Development Council's (IEDC) Leadership Summit in Washington D.C. on Tuesday, March 3 at 11:15–12:15 in the Federal A room.

The session, "How to develop a winning FDI attraction strategy", is designed for professionals from economic development organizations and will provide a practical, hands-on guide to building an effective FDI attraction strategy.

With many foreign investors currently adopting a cautious approach to new investments — phasing projects or taking a wait-and-see stance amid global uncertainty — the ability to maintain focus and position a region compellingly has never been more important. The workshop will walk participants through the core elements of a strong FDI strategy, offering fresh insights and practical tools they can apply immediately within their organizations.
