FDI Center will host the second webinar in its three-part series on investable projects on 23 September, from 15:00 to 16:00 (CEST).
Titled “How to identify, structure, and package investable projects,” the session will provide practical guidance on how investment promotion agencies (IPAs) can develop projects that are attractive to investors and aligned with their requirements.
For investors, the quality and readiness of a project can be just as important as the underlying opportunity. A well-structured project, supported by clear and comprehensive documentation, reduces uncertainty, demonstrates commercial viability, and shows that key risks have been carefully assessed and managed.
Led by FDI Center colleagues, the 45-minute webinar will examine the different stages involved in identifying, structuring, and packaging investment-ready projects. It will also explore the role IPAs can play in coordinating stakeholders and advancing projects as part of their wider investment offering.
The webinar will cover:
- Aligning investable projects with the organization’s investment attraction strategy
- Engaging local developers, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders
- Understanding investor expectations and documentation requirements
- Identifying the information needed to structure and package investment-ready projects
- Defining the role of IPAs in driving investable projects forward
The webinar is designed for investment promotion professionals and organizations seeking to strengthen their approach to developing and presenting credible investment opportunities.
